If you wish to return any unwanted items you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Notification in writing must be made within 7 working days from the day following receipt of goods, for cancellations or damaged items E-mail [email protected] or write to the contact address provided.
If we are at fault, we will reimburse your return delivery or postage charges. If we are not at fault, you will be required to pay any return postage. Either way, you can opt to either make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. We will then offer you a full refund, including your original delivery charge,
We can only refund returned items that we have received and we therefore recommend items be returned via a postal service that is recorded. Upon receiving the returned goods a refund will be issued. In the case of cancellations, the goods must be returned as new and in re-saleable condition for a refund to be issued. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to cancellations.
